When You say You but Mean I, I think You’re referring to me. You know?
Following a statement up with: You Know? prevents the recipient from reflecting on what was said. Don’t be lazy. Communicate what YOU want to communicate and wait for your recipient’s response.

High Reps: Meet lots of people and don’t let things get heavy. Stop ONLY when you find someone who “does it” for you.
