JFK knew what was up…

There are risks and costs to a program of action. But they are far less than the long-range risks and costs of comfortable inaction.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963)

Exercise – Mmm lack of action… In the last ten months I’ve been to the gym 3 times.  I pay 24.99/mo so that means each of my visits to the gym cost me $83.30.(how does that feel sucka?!) Serioulsy, my program of comfortable inaction is costing me…

  1. Gyms are a form of tax for people who lack exercise discipline. Don’t think the man has a hand in this moneybag? Thing again. I don’t have the conspiracy theory fully worked out yet, but I’m sure it involves various IRS incentives, the growing fast food industry, the breakdown of the traditional American family structure, and the specific frequency of radio waves emitted by the telephone poles suffocating our suburban places of residence. In short, I blame the government for my oversized gut. Hmmm…. The government… JFK…. Where exactly were you going with this Sean? 🙂
