I had signed up for the free service and now I see that my credit card has been charged. Every number that I have been given does not lead to a person to find out what is going on. I followed the links above to cancel my account and I hope they put the money back. I am upset with microsoft for just taking money that is not theirs. Are they in need of money that bad.

The only way to cancel is vai an email form.. that is the only way to cancel…

Btw, you’ll only get billed if you sign the TOU after being migrated from the Beta… and if you cancel you can get a refund.
