I Just bought and used my first pair of Kirkland Jeans. Normally, I buy higher quality Wranglers. The material seems softer but thicker than Wranglers and are pretty comfortable. Since I'm older with a 35 inch waist, which is the largest part of my torso, I find the cut horrible for me. They seem to be built for a woman. The waist on the jeans is much smaller than the thighs and legs so they fit like a burlap bag tied around the waist. They would probably fit a shape of a woman about the size 46x36x46 quite well. First and last pair I will buy.

These Kirkland Jeans are simple lint, hair, dust, magnets and you cannot get it off no matter how much you wash them or sticky tape them, or fabric softener. They look terrible because of the crap they collect and only in a matter of minutes. These jeans have the weirdest material ever. I would never buy them again.

I just love the Kirkland jeans, great for the price. No...it doesn't bother me that some kid in the 3rd world makes only 2 cents a pair, cuz I know it keeps him off the streets, where he'd otherwise be making bombs. fuckin' liberals, get a grip

I work outside and in the winter cut power line right-of-ways. Blue jean's are not as durable. Its true they're made overseas now. When
they were made in the Carolina's they lasted much longer.

I also pickup a pair of Kirkland. Your blog came up when I did a search. "I was wondering who made them." I know Rustler for example are made by Wrangler. I noticed they are $9.50 and the latter are $14.50 in the store. So far I like the Kirkland fit and fabric (appears heavier). The other jeans I've tried are Faded Glory. ($9.00)

Levi were assembled in Mexico of American fabric but not so on the last pair I looked at. The quality went down to Rustler level but at triple the price.

I'm thinking of buying some http://www.duluthtrading.com Firehouse jeans. They're around $44 a pair, but if you work outdoors. The current jeans just don't hold up.

I bought a pair of Kirkland jeans; I have worn Levi & Wrangler for the last 35 years. I have a small farm, and treat my jeans quite unkind at times. I've been wearing the Kirkland jeans for two weeks now of and on, washed probably 6 times and so far I love them fit and durability very comparable to what I'm used to at a fraction of the price. I'd say those ten year olds are some pretty fine craftsmen.

haha! I just threw them into the wash...! so far though, after the first wearing.. 2x for each pair, and several pairs of shorts later (to explain the 10 days) I have decided I like the Calvin Kleins best, because of the overall fit. I like the Lucky's second, but they're a little too baggy, and finally the Kirkland Jeans third because they are far less "crotch friendly" (as I like to call it.. I know too much info, but it's my blog and I can type what I want, so there :) .. ) than the others.

I've been waiting patiently for the results of this experiment - it's been more than ten days! 3pairs of jeans times 3 wearings each + 1 day for washing = 10 days. So, what's the scoop?! Is it the Lucky Jeans? I bet it's the Lucky Jeans! Please say it's the Lucky Jeans...that way I'll feel more confident about my prior decision to spend too much money on jeans, too!

you know those jeans were made by 5 year olds in some 3rd world country for $.02/day in labor, right! and the more expensive jeans were made right after the cheaper ones. do you feel good about that?
